Morocco 5GNR Plan

Morocco ANRT announced on July 25th 2025 the assignment of spectrum to Telcos for the deployment of 5G services.  The spectrum was awarded   in the 700MHz and 3400-3800 MHz bands. 

As part of their commitments, MNOs will 

- Provide 5G services in 8 Moroccan cities by November 2025, 

- Cover 45% of the population by end of 2026

- Cover 85% of the population by end of 2030 

ANRT move is part of the Digital vision 2030 aimed to prepare the country to host the Football World Cup.
